  • How long will it be until I receive my order?
    • Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped out on Tuesdays & Fridays. It can take up to 7 days for your order to be processed (which means 7 days until we get the order packaged and ready to go)
    • During high volume sale times (such as holiday shopping season) we work to ship every day- so we are moving as quickly as possible.
  • Who do you use to ship?
    • We use USPS or UPS depending on the size of the package.
  • Do you offer Free Shipping at all?
    • We do offer Free shipping to our VIP customers & our subscription box holders that have their order shipped with their subscription.
    • In 2019 & 2020, we did offer free shipping for orders $9.99 and less. Unfortunately being a small business that believes in completely fair pricing, we were losing money on 90% of the orders that we shipped for free. It came to the point where we were advised by our accountant that we needed to get rid of the free shipping on those items or hike up the prices overall. We didn’t want to hike up prices overall, so we had to let go of free shipping. We are hoping to one day offer it again!
  • Do you have a store front?
    • We do not have a store front at this time. But if you are local to Mount Pleasant, Michigan, you will find our products in Herbs Etc on Broadway Street.
  • Where else have I seen your products?
    • Possibly in Crunchy Mama Box, The girls from the Teen Mom & Teen Mom 2 Franchise have shared our products, also Britney&Baby has shared our products on their vlog and social media.
  • I received my order and I don't like the scent of my product.
    • Unless we have the WRONG scent, we do not replace it. With being an online company, it is a risk customers run to try out scents for the first time. If you've purchased previously and your product doesn't smell the same there can be a few reasons for that. #1- the blend could be off if it is an essential oil blend #2- the extract could be slightly different. When working with floral and herbal botanicals, we do run the risk of scents varying a slight bit. However, we don't change blends without alerting our customers.
  • I am local to Hampton Roads and would like to pick up my order, how can I do that?
    • In 2019 & 2020 we offered shipping to Hampton Roads, but it became too much on our local pickup location (many people were inconsiderate & some stealing took place with orders as well)- so we made the tough decision to let go of HR shipping.

    • if you’re local to HR & are military, we have an option for a VIP membership at a different cost for you, please contact us!
  • I am local to Genesee County in Michigan and I don't want to pay shipping.
    • You can certainly choose the Local Pickup, State Rd, Davison option. If you choose to pickup an order, when your order is ready you will get an email with our pick up address and the time frame we allow each day for pickup.
  • Do you meet up with customers for picking up their orders?
    • No. Please pickup your order or have it shipped.
  • What does it mean for my order to be processed?
    • HBC Organics is a one person company. Jessica personally makes every single order that goes out the door. As a result of HBC Organics gaining popularity, sometimes orders get backed up. What it means for your order to be "processed" is the time it takes Jessica to have everything ready to make your order.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • We do offer international shipping to Canada. We are open to shipping to other countries so long as the customer is willing to pay for international shipping.
    • *If* the international customer orders & shipping is not fully covered, we reserve the right to send an invoice for the rest of the shipping cost. If the customer is not willing to cover the shipping, we will cancel the order.
  • I really want to order an item that says it is out of stock, when will it be back in stock?
    • We are working pretty hard to keep up with demand here! If there is something you would like but it doesn't show up on the website, please email us to let us know you want it! hbcorganics@outlook.com
  • I see that some of your prices have gone up a bit in 2019, what gives?
    • We recently moved from Virginia to Michigan. Our supplies prices have gone up over the years and we have not raised our prices to match that. This year we have to raise the prices just a bit. But your shipping charges have been lowered!
  • HELP! My body butter separated a bit! What do I do to fix it?
    • Sometimes this happens, unfortunately. This is how you know our products are truly natural. Since we don't use chemical stabilizers or preservatives, sometimes our body butters get funky. 95% of the time there is no issue, but sometimes there is. We recommend you don't try to mix them up on your own. Simply reach out to us! We offer a 6 month guarentee with our body butters and lotions. Simply send us proof (photo/video/or ship it back to us) and we will replace the item free of charge for you! We don't want people getting a bad idea about our body butters.
    • **Important, SOME separation is normal. If you notice some water in your body butter, simply pour it off. That is a natural separation, but it shouldn't be a lot of it!
  • ​Help! I can't get my lotion out of the container!
    • Your container might be defective! We do our best to only pick the best containers but occasionally we have issues. Reach out to us, we will get another lotion out to you!
  • I want to order your breast milk soap. How old can the milk be? How much do you need? How many bars of soap will I receive from one batch? What about scent?
    • Breast milk soap is one of my most popular products! If the milk is frozen, especially in a deep freezer, it can be up to a year old. I have, however, made soap for someone and their milk was 18 months old and their soap turned out beautifully. Generally I would need about 6-10 ounces of breast milk for one batch of soap. Each batch of soap yields 10 bars. As far as scent goes, I have an extract that smells like baby powder or it will be unscented.
  • I own a small business and am interested in carrying your products! Do you offer wholesale pricing?
    • Yes & No. We supply a few businesses with our products. If you would like a copy of our wholesale pricing, please give us a call at 8104495999 & we can send you a copy of our information. We do not offer wholesale pricing on every product but most of them.
  • I am NOT happy with my product, can I have a refund?
    • That would depend upon WHY you are not happy with your product. If something is wrong with the product, the container is defective, if you had a skin reaction (with photos to prove it), or you received the wrong product- then yes! We would be happy to refund your product immediately. 
    • However, if you just simply do not care for the scent or the product we do not refund for things like that.
