Changes to your memberships! 

 

We have recently discovered that the subscription app we use no longer offers the option for $0 subscriptions. This threw a bit of a wrench in our plans for VIP, but we decided this is actually better for everyone! 

 

First of all, please note that this was not our decision. This happened as the app we have used for subscriptions for 5 years changed policies. It is unfortunate, but we are making the best of it! This can be fun & gives our customers more control with what they are receiving each month. In the past, we have had Yearly VIP Members cancel their subscriptions and state that they just have too much soap, too many candles, or too many vip items. This helps take the guess work out. 

 

Note: you will notice your monthly soap ticket will show as cancelled or failed. This is okay! No need to worry. 

 

Every month you now are in control! 

  • Each month you will get a HBC Cash in the form of an e-gift card. This will be from $8-$27, depending upon your level of VIP (1-5). 
  • Each month YOU will need to go on the website (or the app) and search the VIP Monthly Credit. 
  • You will add the correct level to your cart. (if you were level 2 where you got a body butter and a bar each month, you will choose level 2)
  • You will get a monthly coupon code each month. We will post this to social media, send out an email, and post it on our app. 
  • You will have 30 days to use the code to get your HBC Cash in the form of an e-gift card. 

 

Important information:

  • Getting the credit each month is YOUR responsibility. If you need help with it, please email us. 
  • Your e-gift card/HBC Cash will not expire.
  • If you are getting a vip level that you have not paid for you will be dismissed from the VIP program indefinitely. (For example, you paid for level 2 but have been getting the level 5 credit. When we cross reference this, we will dismiss you. This is equivalent to stealing from someone). 
  • You can use the HBC Cash on whatever you want! You can get the scent of the month items or whatever you want! 
  • You still get unlimited free shipping!
