It doesn't smell very good and when I used it I was itchy . I want a refund but the company is ignoring me

I'm sorry you're unhappy with our products but please let us tell the entire truth. The first emails described you just not liking scents. When it was clearly said that we do not refund customers or exchanged based on dislike of scent, then all of a sudden the problem wasn't the scent it was that you felt it caused you an itchy reaction. We asked for picture proof, none was given. However, we sent you a return label for the products as we do offer shop credit. We have many items in the shop that are not soaps or for the skin. We also have a line of products that are wonderful for the most sensitive of skin that you would have had access to had you sent the products back. Now the story line is you don't have the products to send back. We stand by our policies. No refunds. We offer shop credit. This is easily found on the website before purchasing.

Hi Christina- You have not been ignored. We have responded back asking for an order number and email associated with your account when you asked where your package was. Also- it is noted that we are not open on weekends and emails will be responded to within 48 hours.
I love these body butters. They are so moisturizing.
Awesome bar. Great lather and the scent is great.
Both products work well. Lightly scented. I enjoyed the scent. I enjoyed the consistency and the way the body butter felt on my skin and how it made my skin appear more glowy. This one is not greasy. The bar i use for hand soap and it makes my hands feel clean. I am very satisfied with this combo.
