Took me 3 weeks to receive order after I ordered it. I ordered it on June 11. It wasn't shipped on June 19th. I finally received it on June 30th. Shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks for a package. Have ordered from small businesses and received my order in 1 week. All i ordered was a 2 lb box of soap
Hi Starr- I'm sorry to hear you were not satisfied with how long it took to receive your package. Per our FAQ page, we have up to 10 business days to ship out orders especially during high volume times.. like when we had the 2lb soap box sale. We shipped within the 10 business day time frame, unfortunately it seems like your problem is more with the postal service than us as a small business. The US postal service is not a small business and once the package leaves our hands, as it did on the 17th (not the 19th).. we are out of control as to how long it takes for you to receive it. I hope you enjoyed your soaps and didn't have any issues with those. I highly recommend contacting your local postal service and asking them about the shipment as to why it took so long for you to receive it. -Jessica

I like this box because you can try different soaps samples without having to use up an entire bar first..you are able to check out and use all the ends at your Desiree🥰🎉
