Suggested Use:

Add 1–2 teaspoons of herbs to 8–12 ounces of hot water. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy warm. Honey may be added if desired.

This comes with enough herbs to put in a pint size mason jar (filled about half way) and cover with alcohol, glycerin, or apple cider vinegar to create a tincture. We will include instructions on how to do this.
