Shifting to something more..

For some time now, I've wanted to move HBC Organics from a skincare & candle company to more of a lifestyle company. I have attempted this many times over the years & wasn't exactly successful, but this time things are different. 

As the economy continues to shift in a direction that is leaving many people uneasy, I've had to think long and hard (as a business owner) about what I could do to not only allow the business to stay floating comfortably but also show up for my customers in a way that they need. I never saw HBC Organics as a luxury company, while many people have. My dreams and goals for HBC was to allow families in all budgets to be able to afford quality products for their families without struggling. Of course there are items in the shop that aren't exactly fully necessity, but for some people those luxury items help them feel beautiful and clean. 

Moving forward, my goals are this- to shift HBC from the skincare company (that I'm comfortable and in my complete comfort zone) to more of a lifestyle company. I've tested the waters here and there by adding some items from other small businesses such as the aromatherapy inhalers, booboo bags, and more with the manifestation boxes. Now I'm adding in things that will be healthier and affordable on a budget, especially if you have the VIP membership. 

Right now, I am launching the HBC Laundry Suds (a liquid laundry detergent) that is safe for sensitive skin, babies, cloth diapers, and moms in unscented and orange blossom. I have noticed the price of laundry detergent in the grocery stores and most of the companies don't disclose their ingredients-- so you really aren't sure what you're using... at HBC we will be disclosing the ingredients so you can make an informed decision for yourself and your family. We also have an oxygen booster to help with the extra dirty clothing. Finally, I have a HBC Dish Suds for dish soap. 

In the next couple of months I plan to add even more items and would love to hear your input on what you would like to see and have. The goal is to create a one stop shop for your home and personal care needs (and many of these will be offered in a subscription in the coming months as well). From my family to yours, we want to provide the best that we can offer to you.
