Once your quote has been approved and payment has been received, your production slot is reserved.

Because every order is handcrafted specifically for you, production begins after payment.

Step 4: Production

Production times vary depending on order size and seasonal demand, but we'll communicate estimated completion dates throughout the process.

Step 5: Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.

Tracking information is provided once your shipment leaves our studio.

Returns & Cancellations

Because every wholesale and private label order is handcrafted specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless an error occurred on our end or products were damaged during shipping.
