Love this stuff. So does my mother. It has helped me after my long runs/workouts. My mother has had multiple back surgeries and this has helped her back feel so much better. Benefits are better sleep too.
I have a few different magnesium creams and each seem to work well but this one I definitely wanted to try for muscle soreness. I had a sore strained muscle in the upper back of my leg from exercise. Nothing else was hitting it but after 2 applications of the Achy & Sore Be Gone Magnesium Menthol Body Butter from Jes it was GONE!!! I was Amazed and So Very Happy!!
I bought a couple of these, one for me and one for my elderly mother. I use it before bedtime after my workout. It has helped so much with sore muscles and helps with sleeping.
