Ingredients: Organic Oils (Avocado, Hemp Seed, Jojoba), Reverse Osmosis Water, Magnesium Citrate, Menthol Crystals, Essential Oil Blend, Otaphen.
Directions: Massage a small amount onto desired areas using gentle, circular motions. Reapply as desired. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes, broken skin, and sensitive areas. For external use only.

This is my go to! Unfortunately, a lot of things has gotten taken away from me by a drunk driver. And I have to live with that and the everyday severe pain from someone else's bad decision. I am stubborn as a mule, and won't give up fighting and looking for alternate ways to deal with my spinal pain, my hip pain, my lower back pain. My husband suggested in trying this product and it helps a bunch! I had bought biofreeze a week prior to him suggesting it and I tried this product and biofreeze and this product was 10 times better hands down.
