This is my go to! Unfortunately, a lot of things has gotten taken away from me by a drunk driver. And I have to live with that and the everyday severe pain from someone else's bad decision. I am stubborn as a mule, and won't give up fighting and looking for alternate ways to deal with my spinal pain, my hip pain, my lower back pain. My husband suggested in trying this product and it helps a bunch! I had bought biofreeze a week prior to him suggesting it and I tried this product and biofreeze and this product was 10 times better hands down.

I have a few different magnesium creams and each seem to work well but this one I definitely wanted to try for muscle soreness. I had a sore strained muscle in the upper back of my leg from exercise. I bought a couple of these, one for me and one for my elderly mother. I use it before bedtime after my workout. It has helped so much with sore muscles and helps with sleeping.
