We offer a few different herbal teas moving into the Autumn months and we are hoping that you will love them. Please remember to always do research, check with your doctor/health practitioner/herbalist to make sure a herbal tea is good for you. If you have discomfort, please don't use them! 

Teas offered:

Triple Berry Tea- Indulge in the aromatic blend of leafy herbal tea with speckles of crimson hibiscus petals (great for kidneys and taste good)! This infusion is a perfect harmony of strawberry leaf (anti-diarrheal, promote healthy digestion and contain anti inflammatory properties) and blackberry leaf (often used for gastrointestinal inflammation), reminiscent of a lush berry patch. A hint of sweetness and vitamin C from rosehips (high in vitamin c)  is followed by a refreshing and slightly tart aftertaste. Complete with the invigorating essence of juniper berries (great for kidney health), our Triple Berry tea will please both your nose and palate. *Some of these herbs were processed in the same plant as peanuts, if you have a peanut allergy do not use this tea. 

Cold + Flu Be Gone- the perfect antidote to the discomforts of being under the weather. This blend offers a variety of tastes that energize the body and and comfort the senses. Ginger & Anise Seed (known to stop the protein spike in virus) excite your immune system, while peppermint and yarrow work soothe. Elderflower fushes out your system, and Rosehips top you up with fantastic vitamin C. This light refreshing cup packs a punch!

Herbal Hot Cocoa- this hot cocoa is not meant to be overly sweet, it is more of an experience. This contains raw cacao powder, maple sugar, coconut sugar, and herbal mushrooms for adaptogenic properties.  All Organic Ingredients: raw cacao powder, maple sugar, coconut sugar, vanilla bean, mushrooms from fruiting bodies (chaga, cordyceps, lion’s mane, maitake, reishi, shiitake, turkey tails)
